The new application has increased the potential scale from five to six floors with even more housing at 7954 MacArthur Boulevard. Community Housing Development Corporation is the project sponsor working with Kingdom Builders, a Christian church.

The project proposal include the improvements added to an existing San Francisco Police Department (SFPD) storage facility. San Francisco Public Works is responsible for the designs and construction.
Design review permits have been filed for two five-story structures at 3200 and 3258 Stockton Boulevard in Oak Park, Sacramento. The new permits kickstart the entitlement process for a proposal that could bring over a hundred units to a small parcel along the busy thoroughfare. The American Hospitality Services is the property owner after purchasing the site in late 2023.
A project application has been submitted seeking the approval of a new recreational project proposed for development at 3834 MLK Jr. Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of a community garden with multiple accessory structures.
Revised plans have been shared for a new apartment complex at 1001 Oak Hill Road in Lafayette, Contra Costa County. The proposal aims to create 53 apartments and more parking in the city’s retail core. In a public meeting earlier this week, the city’s Planning Commission voted unanimously to recommend the City Council approve the development.
