The Berkeley Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for an eight-story residential project at 2462 Bancroft Way in Berkeley’s Southside neighborhood. The plan would add dozens of new homes overlooking the UC Berkeley campus. San Leandro-based Zengs Berkeley LLC is listed as the property owner.
The San Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit Board of Directors recently reviewed the latest plans for the El Cerrito Plaza BART Station. The public presentation includes a tentative phasing schedule, which says construction on the several-hundred-unit masterplan could start as early as next year.
