New renderings have been published ahead of the Oakland Design Review Committee meeting tomorrow for 533 Kirkham Street in West Oakland, Alameda County. The 289-unit project aims to replace a surface parking lot directly across from the West Oakland BART Station. Tidewater Capital is the project developer.
The Tenderloin Neighborhood Development Corporation and the Mission Economic Development Agency have officially opened the new nine-story affordable housing project at 681 Florida Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The project, dubbed Casa Adelante, will bring new low-income housing, including units for formerly unhoused people.
A new residential project has been proposed for development at 2834 San Jose Avenue in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the construction of a four-story building offering spaces for residential uses. The project calls for the demolition of a type-v two-story three-unit building on the site.
New plans have been revealed along with the entitlement filing for a mixed-use development at 3400 El Camino Real in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The plan now uses the Builder’s Remedy to create 189 homes, 137 new hotel rooms and the renovation of three existing hotel buildings on-site. Oxford Capital Group is the project owner.
Updated plans will be reviewed during a public meeting for the four-story residential infill at 123-135 Primrose Road in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will replace a single-story home and surface parking across from a grocery store and near Burlingame Avenue with 14 homes. Kai Development Corporation, led by a Burlingame resident, is listed as the property owner.
