The project proposal includes the development of a residential project consisting of apartments and townhome condominiums. Site demolition permits request for the demolition of an existing commercial building on the site. SummerHill Homes is the project developer.
New renderings have been revealed for a residential project approved at 2580 West Bayshore Road in Midtown, Palo Alto. The project proposal includes the development of 8 apartment building consisting of 48 residential townhomes. Plans call for the demolition of an existing office building on the site. SDG Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the residential development. SummerHill Homes applied for a Preliminary Architectural Review of the project.
A new residential development is now open and available on the market at 563 Pilgrim Drive in Foster City. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story residential community developed with 22 apartments and 70 townhomes with open and onsite parking space. Construction work is wrapping up on NUEVO, a massive 27-acre redevelopment project in Santa Clara’s Lawrence Station Area Plan. Spearheaded by SummerHill Homes, the project has been opening in phases with the ultimate goal of nearly a thousand new dwelling units, retail, and public community amenities.
The Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors has approved plans for the Oak Road Townhouse plans at 2740 Jones Road in Walnut Creek. The proposal will replace Palmer School, a private school founded in 1939 and beloved by alumni, and which closed its doors in the middle of 2020. Summerhill Homes is responsible for the development.
