New renderings have been revealed for a 25-story mixed-use tower for 439 South 4th Street in Downtown San Jose. Recent reporting by George Avalos of the Bay Area News Group confirms Scape, the international company focused on student and market-rate housing, has been loaned as much as $182 million by Madison Realty Capital.
