Renderings have been revealed for a seven-story mixed-use infill at 2130 J Street in Boulevard Park, Sacramento. The plans will create 91 new homes above ground-level retail. Stonebridge Properties is the property owner and sponsor.
New plans have been published for the redevelopment of an acre of undeveloped land into 34 new homes at 3137-3139 Rio Linda Boulevard in the Hagginwood neighborhood of North Sacramento. The project will merge two vacant parcels, resulting in three new structures and surface parking. Sacramento-based RAD-Development is managing the application and design.
Building permits have been filed seeking the approval of a hotel at 629 Richard Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a five-story hotel with onsite amenities and parking. Lowney Architecture is responsible for the designs.
Permits have been filed for a new residential project proposed for development at 1517 E Street in Mansion Flats, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of 16 homes, replacing an existing two-story commercial structure. The now-vacant building had been occupied by the SPCA Thrift Store. Tarik Taeha of Pearl Seven Inc is listed as the property owner. MHA Architects is responsible for the designs. H&H Consultant Engineering is responsible for the project architecture, landscaping, MEP, and structural engineering. Rose’s will be involved with civil engineering.
Planning permits remain active for a six-story residential complex proposed for 6325 Elvas Avenue in East Sacramento. The project sponsor, Tricap Development, has filed an extension for the design review approval first granted in 2019. If built, 6325 Elvas could see 283 bedrooms for student housing open up next to the Sacramento State campus.
