The project crane has now been installed, preparing crews to build up the wedge-shaped parcel at the far-west edge of the dense neighborhood. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is responsible for the development.
The Final Development Plan has been published for the Emeryville Public Market, a life sciences development in Emeryville, Alameda County. The master vision includes a 160-foot office block, a garage, and a new public park connected to Amtrak with an elevated walkway. The proposal is a joint development by Oxford Properties and City Center Realty Partners.

The project proposal includes the development of two ten-story buildings offering spaces for research and development. The campus will replace a series of commercial structures on the site. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is the project applicant. ZGF Architects is the designer.
The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to review the proposed design for 620 Airport Boulevard during a public meeting tonight. The plans include two eight-story office buildings above a podium courtyard and parking along the San Mateo County bayfront. The project is listed as owned by Boca Lake Office Inc, a subsidiary led by Lawrence Lui, a prolific developer of hotels and housing across the country.
