New renderings have been published for the 12-story office proposal at 490 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project will replace a vacant commercial structure with offices directly across from the new light rail station and two blocks from Caltrain’s San Francisco Station. Trammell Crow Company is the developer after purchasing the site from Strada last year for $54 million.
New details will be reviewed tomorrow for the $1.3 billion development at 800 Dubuque Avenue in South San Francisco, San Mateo County. The South City Planning Commission will review the updated design for the Office and R&D project bound between Caltrain tracks and U.S. 101. IQHQ, the same trust behind the nearby 580 Dubuque Avenue, is the project developer.
Construction has topped out for the three largest structures in the transit-adjacent development at 1175 Aster Avenue in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The project is bringing 741 new units of housing and parking for over a thousand cars directly across from Caltrain’s Lawrence Station platform, connecting residents from San Jose to San Francisco. Olympic Residential Group is the lead developer, with townhomes by the Toll Brothers.
New renderings have been shared ahead of a public project review this Thursday for an eight-story residential infill at 2480 Bancroft Way in Southside, Berkeley. The project will build up the low-slung parcel with 125 bedrooms and retail in the busy neighborhood next to the UC Berkeley Campus. Ruegg & Ellsworth is the project developer.
Updated plans are scheduled to be reviewed tonight for the three-building residential infill of 1532-1556 Mount Diablo Boulevard in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The development will replace the low-slung property close to some of the city’s busiest shops with 42 homes and retail. Align Real Estate is the development owner, with the international Woods Bagot responsible for design.
