New housing has been proposed for a three-story house at 256 Bemis Street in Glen Park, San Francisco. The low-density project will bring two units to the site, with an ADU positioned below a primary residence. San Francisco-based lawyer, Michael Rooney, is listed as the property owner.
Formal permits have been filed for the seven-story apartment complex at 150 Porter Street in Bernal Heights, San Francisco. The proposal looks to add twenty units to a vacant hillside parcel on the southern edge of the elevated neighborhood. San Bruno-based Rick Bruce of Bruce Construction is listed as the property owner.
A project to redeveloped the site formally occupied by the Sacramento Bee headquarters has been moving forward steadily. In a recent development, officials filed an NOE under project name Sacramento Bee North, allowing the development to streamline it’s environmental approvals. SF YIMBY reported on this project in April of last year when developers Shopoff Reality Investments decided to shrink the scale of a previous project planned for the site.
Permits have been filed for a residential infill project at 6650 Belleau Wood Lane in the Freeport Manor neighborhood of southern Sacramento. The proposal looks to bring 23 units and office space to the triangular parcel. Moti Pal is responsible for the project application filing through Sea Dog LLC.
The San Ramon Planning Commission is scheduled to vote on plans tonight for the affordable housing project at 2453 Camino Ramon within the Bishop Ranch master plan. The proposal looks to add two hundred rental units across two structures on a narrow lot across from the City Villages by Summerhill Homes. Eden Housing is responsible for the application.
