Plans have been approved for an eight-story apartment complex at 400 Divisadero Street in San Francisco’s Lower Haight neighborhood. The 203-unit application received ministerial approval via Assembly Bill 2011. 4Terra Investments is the project sponsor.
New permits have been filed to expand the existing Youth Spirit Artworks’ tiny house project at 633 Hegenberger Road near the Coliseum in Oakland. The project would construct an office structure, a two-story residential building, and upgrades to existing community facilities.
Development permits have been filed 3135 San Pablo Avenue in West Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a new six-story senior housing project offering affordable housing options for seniors. Satellite Affordable Housing Associates is the project developer. Saint Mary’s Center is the property owner, filing through 967 32nd Street Associates LLC.
The lawsuit against the American River One development appears to be subsiding. The project could add 826 new apartments to 450 Bercut Drive on the northwest edge of the Southern Pacific neighborhood in Sacramento. Sacramento-based IM Investments is the project developer.
Formal permits have been filed for a 17-story high-density infill project at 550 O’Farrell Street in San Francisco’s Tenderloin neighborhood. The application could bring 140 apartments, including 16 units of affordable housing, a block and a half from the tallest hotel in the city. HGA is responsible for the application and design.
