The development will bring new deed-restricted housing that the developer, Chris Heller, has said will be affordable for teachers within the Oakland Unified School District.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a new six-story residential infill at 324 Alhambra Boulevard in East Sacramento. The project will replace a single-story commercial structure with just over three hundred homes and parking. The project applicant is not listed.
