The City of Sunnyvale Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a mixed-use development at 1154 and 1170 Sonora Court in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The buildings will create nearly three hundred homes and office space directly across from Caltrian’s Lawrence Station. SKS Partners and A&F Properties are joint developers.
Construction has started for a new homeless shelter at 1237 San Antonio Road in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The project will create 88 shelter housing units for formerly homeless individuals, with rooms opening by Spring 2025. LifeMoves and the City of Palo Alto are jointly responsible for the development.
The Burlingame Planning Commission is scheduled to rereview plans for a seven-story apartment complex at 1876 El Camino Real in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The 169-unit application amends previously entitled plans for the site with minor adjustments to the unit mix. Prime Pacific Global Management Corporation is responsible for the project as the property owner.
New plans have been filed to construct two new homes with ADUs at 216 and 218 Montana Street in San Francisco’s Oceanview neighborhood. The project will replace an existing home and split the lot to create four dwelling units. Mr. Stephen Kong of SK Construction is listed as the property representative.
New permits have been filed for a four-story hotel at 4580 Duckhorn Drive in Natomas, Sacramento. The plan will add to a cluster of hotels to serve the nearby Sacramento International Airport. The site is close by car but nearly inaccessible to the airport via public transit. The project is expected to become a Home2 Suites by Hilton.
