Plans to develop a residential community in Sunnyvale have moved forward. The project proposal includes the construction of new residences. Landsea Homes is developing the project and recently announced that construction has officially begun on its new community.
New plans have been revealed for a five-story residential building at 36 Gough Street in the far-west corner of SoMa, San Francisco. The project will replace a single-unit structure with eight new rental apartments between Market and Mission Street. SIA Consulting is managing the design and development.
Planning review permits have been filed for a three-story hotel at 6600 Stockton Boulevard in Southeastern Sacramento. The project would create a 34 guest-room extended stay site nearby a retail hub for the predominately suburban neighborhood. The identity of the applicant has not been shared.
Renderings have been revealed for a new six-story mixed-use building at 5012 3rd Street in Bayview, San Francisco. The project will add 29 apartments to the city’s housing market, including on-site affordable housing. The property owner is managing the development through Third Street Partners LLC.
Milpitas Planning Commission has approved a residential project at 308 Sango Court, Milpitas. The project proposal includes the development of a residential complex near BART. Plans call for the demolition of a two-story industrial building. City Council will consider the project for approval in August. Idaho-based firm Pacific West Communities is the project developer.
