Arena Investors seized the property at 199 Bassett Street after a foreclosure in 2022, and are now floating a proposal for the development of an eight story tech hub.
Plans are under review for a potential 12-story residential complex at 1230 5th Avenue in San Rafael, Marin County. The project is looking to add nearly two hundred units to the city’s urban core, replacing a single-story commercial structure and surface parking. Monahan Pacific is the project developer and property owner, operating through 1230 Fifth Avenue Investors LLC.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a large podium complex at 220 West 20th Avenue in San Mateo, San Mateo County. The proposal will add over two hundred units to a large plot of land near the intersection of El Camino Real and Highway 92. SummerHill Apartments is the project developer.
The City of Oakland’s Planning and Building Department has approved development permits for an eight-story mixed use building on a vacant parking lot in Downtown Oakland. The narrow parking lot is located at 585 17th Street, between Clay and Jefferson. Developers FH1 Investments have brought in BDE Architecture for the project design.
Preliminary permits have been filed for a small residential infill project at 2519 Victorian Alley in Newton Booth, Sacramento. The proposal looks to bring four units to a vacant lot in a boxy construction. Skyline Build and Design Inc. is the project designer and contractor.
