YIMBY Visits Serif SF and LINE Hotel at 950 Market Street, San Francisco

Last week, YIMBY toured Serif SF to visit the newly opening Solarium rooftop deck on top of the newest apartment addition to San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood. Sales have already started, with units selling at $560,000, while the LINE Hotel is preparing to open with 232 guest rooms this September. The project is the work of L37 Partners, with architecture by Handel.

Longfellow Real Estate Partners has submitted the project application for an expansive 84-acre office park modernization project in Redwood City, San Mateo County. The project, named Redwood LIFE: Evolve, will reshape the 1990s-era complex with taller office buildings, minimal surface parking, and a heavy emphasis on landscaping and community amenities. HOK is responsible for the design.

New Plans Proposed For a Hotel At 1011 10th Street In Sacramento

Project developers have proposed a new future for the project proposed at 1011 10th Street in Downtown Sacramento. The project proposal includes the development of an eight-story hotel on the site. The original building on the site was built in 1938 as a local branch for Landmark Bank. HRGA Architecture is responsible for the design concepts. Abe Koshfam is the property owner.
