Renderings for the Monarch Bay Shoreline Project in San Leandro

Updated renderings have been revealed with detailed plans for the Monarch Bay Shoreline Development project, poised to reshape 75 acres of the San Leandro waterfront. The plans would reshape a swath of surface parking and a portion of an existing golf course into 491 residential units, a 210-room hotel, and shops between Marina Park and the Oakland International Airport in Alameda County. The project is a public-private partnership with the City of San Leandro and Cal Coast Companies.

Renderings Revealed for Sacramento’s Latest Proposed Residential Skyscraper

New renderings have been published for Lot X, a proposed mixed-use development with a residential skyscraper component at 201 N Street in downtown Sacramento. If built, the 32-story structure would be the tallest residential skyscraper in the State Capitol. Beyond housing, Lot X would create an open plaza overlooked by townhomes, a five-story office building, and a seven-story garage. Southern Land Company is responsible for the application.

Design Review for 1766 El Camino Real, Burlingame, San Mateo County

Tomorrow, new plans will be reviewed for an eight-story residential project at 1766 El Camino Real, located by the Millbrae BART Station in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project will rise above the El Camino highway, bringing 311 new apartments across from the Mills-Peninsula Medical Center, various shops, and a grocery store.
