The project proposal includes the development of two five-story buildings offering residential and commercial spaces along with onsite amenities, outdoor spaces, and parking. SyRES Properties is the project developer. BDE Architecture is responsible for the designs.
A new office project has been approved for construction at 777 Airport Boulevard in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The project proposal includes the development of a 13 story office tower. Demolition will be required for the existing five-story Red Roof PLUS hotel and the attached Leann’s cafe. San Francisco-based real estate firm Lincoln Property Company is the project developer. The project is designed by Gensler. Petersen Studio is the landscape architect.
A recent visit by YIMBY shows significant construction progress for the multi-block Elco Yards project at 1601 El Camino Real in Downtown Redwood City, San Mateo County. The move also comes as the project developer, IQHQ, has reportedly purchased several properties adjacent to its existing master plan. Currently, crews are working to create over five hundred residences, offices, retail, a child care center, and open space across 8.3 acres.
The South San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for the seven-story redevelopment of Bertolucci’s parcel at 421 Cypress Avenue. The project will add 99 new rental apartments to the city in San Mateo County City, with design by Studio-T Square. Peter & Victoria Sodini are listed as the project applicant.
