Burlingame’s Planning Commission is expected to approve plans tonight for a seven-story residential structure at 30 Ingold Road, located by the city’s border with Millbrae in North Burlingame, San Mateo County. The proposal would add 298 new apartments to the Peninsula within walking distance of BART. SummerHill Apartment Communities is responsible for the development.

The project benefits from the state density bonus to designate two 15 units as affordable to moderate-income households. MH Architects is managing the design as the project architect.
A preliminary application has been submitted seeking the approval of a residential project at 110 Constitution Drive in Bayfront, Menlo Park. The project proposal includes the demolition of two industrial buildings and the construction of an apartment building. Greystar is developing the project.
Tarlton Properties have filed an application to propose a new multi-structure office development at 995-1005 O’Brien Drive and 1300 Willow Road in Menlo Park, San Mateo County. The project would create a five-story and four-story research and development building alongside a new parking structure. The offices will be less than a mile from the Facebook Headquarters at One Hacker Way.
