Permits have been filed to demolish a single-story house and construct a two-story single-family dwelling at 231 and 235 Wilde Avenue, San Francisco. The construction site is a 50 feet x 100 feet lot located on Wilde Avenue’s south side in the Visitacion Valley neighborhood. The proposed project will demolish the existing two-story single-family dwelling, subdivide into two 2,500 sq. ft. parcels and construct a single-family residence on each lot. Mayor Announces Mission Bay Block 9 Ground Breaking, San Francisco

San Francisco Mayor London Breed has announced that the 140-unit development at 410 China Basin Street, dubbed Mission Bay Block 9 in San Francisco’s Mission Bay neighborhood, has broken ground. Prefabricated units will be used for the construction to expedite the process. Completion is expected by late 2021. Once complete, the project will provide residence to people experiencing homelessness.

Plans to build a restroom for bus operators on Treasure Island, San Francisco, are going to the City Planning Commission. The proposed construction features wash sinks with temperature mixer faucets, urinals, a recessed shelf, and coat hangars, all illuminated by the fixed skylight. The exterior finish is composed of metal louvers, fiber cement panels, and ceramic steel panels. Ware Associates Architecture + Engineering in collaboration with the Landscape Architect CMG are responsible for the design for the San Francisco Public Works.
