Redwood Planning Commission has released a final Environment Impact Report (EIR) for the proposed Harbor View Project in Redwood City. The project proposal includes the development of a large-scale campus featuring spaces for office, commercial uses, and onsite parking. Jay Paul Company is the project applicant. DES Architects + Engineers is responsible for the designs.
New renderings provide the best glimpse yet at how the SF MTA Potrero Yard modernization project will change the neighborhood’s skyline. The illustrations come a week after the announcement that Plenary Group will be the lead developer for the project at 2500 Mariposa Street in the Mission District of San Francisco. Completion is expected by 2027.
The South San Francisco planning commission is scheduled to review plans for a 12-story waterfront hotel at 367 Marina Boulevard in the San Mateo County city’s Oyster Point neighborhood. The project will buttress the city’s growing Life Sciences development across the East Side neighborhood. Ensemble Real Estate Investments is the project applicant.
A new residential project has been approved for development at 215 Skelly in Hercules, Contra Costa County. The project proposal includes the development of 40 single-family residences. The project site will be divided into seven separate parcels. R3 Studios is responsible for the designs.
The largest affordable housing project in Berkeley opened its doors last week with an official ceremony for the Berkeley Way Apartments at 2012 Berkeley Way. The event launched the opening of low-income and permanent supportive units and the Hope Center, which now provides supportive services for residents and the community in the downtown urban center, with BART and AC Transit both nearby. The project is a joint venture with BRIDGE Housing and BFHP.
