The San Francisco Planning Commission is scheduled to review the proposal for 3055 Clement Street today. The project would rise from a small corner lot in San Francisco’s Outer Richmond with nine units, of which three will be affordable. The proposal is seeking HOME-SF authorization to allow construction, along with exceptions for rear yard requirements and approval for the purposes of CEQA.
Applications have been submitted seeking the development of a transit-oriented project in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of three four-story residential complexes and a five-story parking garage. The Unity Council is the project sponsor and Signature Properties is the developer. BART owns the project site.
New building permits have been filed for 10 South Van Ness Avenue, the sixth tallest project in the Bay Area’s pipeline. The 590-foot residential tower would create 966 new homes from a triangular 1.2-acre lot between Market and Mission Street in San Francisco’s Civic Center. Crescent Heights is responsible for the development.
The Oakland Design Review Committee is scheduled to review the final plans for Brooklyn Basin Parcel E, a seven-story senior housing project in Oakland, Alameda County. The building will establish the corner lot in the expansive waterfront masterplan by Signature Development Group. SRM Development is the developer for Parcel E.
A new residential project has been proposed at 101 South Jackson Avenue in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of 14 townhomes. The project site will be subdivided into 16 lots. The permits also request the removal of two ordinance-sized trees on the site. Habitat for Humanity is the project developer. Jett Landscape Architecture + Design is the landscape architect.
