The same developer behind the plans covered yesterday morning has filed preliminary applications for another lot in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The smaller project from Latala Homes will bring 26 homes to a five-acre plot of land at 15395 Sycamore Drive.
Development permits have been filed for a residential project proposed at 7400 Shasta Avenue in Shasta, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story townhome-style apartment complex. Tekin & Associates is the property owner and sponsor. LPAS Architecture + Design is responsible for the design and landscape architecture.
New plans have been filed for a sprawling suburban development at 600 West Edmundson Avenue in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County. The plan uses Builder’s Remedy to expedite the plan for dozens of single-family and duplex homes. Campbell-based developer Latala Homes is responsible for the application.
