Development permits have been filed to construct a five-story and 60,152 square foot mixed-use building on a 0.95-acre lot at 2500 16th Street, Land Park, Sacramento. The five-story building project is proposed at the southeast corner of Land Park Drive and Broadway and is up for ministerial review. Williams + Paddon is managing the design and architecture of the project.
Residential building permits have been filed for a new mixed-use structure at 3651 Foothill Boulevard in Oakland’s Fruitvale neighborhood. The four-story proposal will include 15 new residential units, ranging in size from one to two bedrooms. All dwellings will be sold as affordable housing.
