The project proposal includes the construction of 569 residential units next to the Tamien train station. Two veteran real estate developers, The Core Cos. and Republic Urban Properties, are the project developers. Studio T Square is responsible for the designs.

The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use apartment community featuring apartments, onsite amenities, and an art gallery. LandForge is the project developer. KTGY Architects is responsible for the designs. The development team includes HMH Landscape, Studio 4D, developURBAN, UMOCA, Zwick Construction, and Greystar.
The plan for a three-tower development in Downtown San Jose is up for public review at a Planning Director’s Hearing tomorrow, December 14th. The meeting comes after the publication of the initial study for the residential infill. The 474-unit project is a joint development with Nabr, a new direct-to-consumer housing startup, and the established local developers at Urban Community.

New building permits have been filed for the construction of three new medical buildings at 2505 Samaritan Drive and 2512 Samaritan Court in San Jose, Santa Clara County.
