Star View Court has opened its doors to residents as the second affordable housing community to finish in recent years on San Francisco’s Treasure Island. The seven-story building has added 138 units to 78 Johnson Street, including 94 replacement units for families living on the artificial island. Catholic Charities and Mercy Housing are jointly responsible for the development.
New plans have been revealed for an affordable housing project at 4290 Mack Road in Parkway, Sacramento. The project will create nearly two hundred apartments across five structures. The retired American tennis player Alycia and her brother, Gregory Moulton, are listed as the property owners.

The project proposal includes the development of a pair of residential buildings offering 11 apartments. The project calls for the demolition of two single-family detached residences on the site. The Ridgecrest Group is listed as the property owner and applicant. Bassal Architecture is responsible for the designs.
The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for the office and research proposal at 1301 Shoreway Road in Belmont, San Mateo County. The development could create two offices and a garage across from the Redwood Shores Lagoon for a potential life sciences company. Los Altos-based Four Corners Properties is the project developer.
Plans have been approved for a residential infill at 1000 Drakes Landing Road in Larkspur, Marin County. The project will replace a small office structure and surface parking with 19 rental townhomes, including some affordable units. AJ Craig Development is the project sponsor, filing on behalf of owner O’Neill Mullin LLC.
