The City of Cupertino has received its first Builder’s Remedy proposal. The project would redevelop 20015 Stevens Creek Boulevard with a five-story apartment complex, including some affordable housing. However, Acclaim Companies has told YIMBY the plans are on hold.
A new hotel has been proposed for development at 1701 K Street in Midtown, Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of a six-story hotel. The project will replace a CVS pharmacy on the site. CVS Health Corp owns the property.
The San Mateo Planning Commission is scheduled to review plans for a five-story mixed-use complex at 477 9th Avenue in San Mateo. The project is expected to create 120 apartments, offices, and parking close to the city center. The Martin Group is the project applicant and owner.
Preliminary plans have been filed for 2000 16th Street in the Richmond Grove neighborhood of Sacramento. The project would bring a five-story affordable housing complex close to downtown. Kuchman Architects is responsible for the application.
