The project proposal includes the construction of a mixed-use residential project offering spaces for dwelling units and commercial spaces. CBW Construction is the project applicant. HC Design is responsible for the designs.
The City of San Carlos has approved plans for 642 Quarry Road in San Carlos, San Mateo County. The application would be the second life sciences project by the project developer, Presidio Bay Ventures, including two office buildings and a garage. Presidio purchased the property in 2022 for $34 million.
