The proposal is expected to create nearly two hundred homes and even more parking near light rail, the Capitol Corridor train station, and Levi’s Stadium. San Francisco-based Ensemble Investments is the project developer.
The City of Cupertino has received its first Builder’s Remedy proposal. The project would redevelop 20015 Stevens Creek Boulevard with a five-story apartment complex, including some affordable housing. However, Acclaim Companies has told YIMBY the plans are on hold.
The Sunnyvale Planning Commission is reviewing plans tomorrow evening for a mixed-use infill at 1124 West El Camino Real in Sunnyvale, Santa Clara County. The development will open a new Toyota dealership on the ground level of a seven-story apartment complex. De Anza Properties, the property owner, is responsible for the application.
Preliminary plans have been filed for a mixed-use project with two new structures at 156 California Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The buildings will rise over a Caltrain Station, the tallest of which will be 17 floors. REDCO Development, the developer, aims to use Senate Bill 330 and the Builder’s Remedy for a streamlined approval process to create 382 apartments and a replacement for a Mollie Stone’s Market close to transit.
New preliminary plans have been submitted for an eight-story affordable housing complex at 1190 Hillsdale Avenue in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The property is close to another rising senior housing complex and close to the developing Communication Hills. A.C. Martin, a Los Angeles-based architecture firm, is the project applicant.
