Commission Approves Magnolias Affordable Housing in Morgan Hill, Santa Clara County

The City of Morgan Hill Planning Commission has voted to approve the Magnolias Affordable Housing project, bringing new affordable housing to the affluent small city in the southern reaches of Santa Clara County. The five-story project would create 66 new homes at 17965 Monterey Road, within walking distance of the town’s central retail hub and Caltrain station. First Community Housing is the project developer.

SERA Architects has published new designs for a planned two-tower residential development at 280 McEvoy Street and 699 West San Carlos Street in West San Carlos, San Jose. The proposal would create 365 new affordable homes split between the Family and the Workforce towers by Diridon Station.
