The green-lit project is a modified version revealed in December of last year, with a new towerless design, a remarkable shift from the previous plan. Sand Hill Property Company is the project developer.

Irvine Company has filed preliminary plans for a residential development at 2518 College Boulevard in Santa Clara’s Freedom Circle Focus Area. The application is part of the dense master plan to replace a sprawling office campus with nearly three thousand homes and public open space.
