Detailed plans have been revealed for the 17-story proposal at 700 Irwin Street in San Rafael, Marin County. The development, dubbed Boat Haus, aims to bring two hundred homes to the creekside property with the city’s potential tallest building. Urban Pacific Development is responsible for the application.
The Sunset Development Company has submitted a new layout and design plans for The Orchards Development Project, formally called Chevron Park in San Ramon. Initial Proposals for redeveloping the site were first brought in 2023, but the new plans are modified and more detailed. Plans include layouts for three districts as part of the development area along Bollinger Canyon Road in San Ramon.
Permits have been resubmitted for a residential infill at 430 Green Street in North Beach, San Francisco. The latest application comes a week after the 2023-filed plans were withdrawn from the city’s planning review process. Reuben Law is responsible for the application as the property owner representative.
The San Francisco Board of Supervisors is expected to review plans for establishing a new Special Use District to allow housing to rise behind a preserved facade of the Alexandria Theater at 5400 Geary Boulevard in the Richmond District. TimeSpace Group is responsible for the application as the property owner.
The West Midway Development took a step forward earlier this week when new plansets were submitted for design review in Area A of the project. The original development plan for the Alameda Point neighborhood was approved in June of 2023. Brookfield Properties has now brought more specific plans for the development of 284 units on the 12.4-acre site. The designs by KTGY Architecture + Planning and Woodly Architecture Group will include a combination of Duets, Townhomes, and Condominiums.
