An affordable multifamily housing project will soon be seen taking shape and form at 2805 Park Boulevard in Cleveland Heights in Oakland. The project proposal includes the development of a six-story building offering affordable units on a vacant property lot. Efficient CAD is managing the design concepts and construction.
Construction financing has been secured for the 189-unit residential development at 85 Cleaveland Road in Pleasant Hill, Contra Costa County. The project has received $94.3 million arranged by JLL Capital Markets with Gemdale USA, Bank OZK, and AvalonBay Communities.

The Leisure Lane Apartments would create 121 market-rate apartments on the former Woodlake Hotel property. The Draft Environmental Impact Report has been published for a mixed-use infill at 1881 West San Carlos Street in Burbank, San Jose. The project will feature apartments, senior care beds above the courtyard, and ground-level retail. The proposal is from San Jose Real Estate Investors Association CEO Lori Greymont, operating through Oak Glen Ventures LLC.
