New plans have been submitted for a six-story apartment complex to rise at 605-613 Bridgeway in Sausalito, Marin County. The proposal will bring 47 homes and five retail shops along the city’s picturesque waterfront, including six affordable units. Linda Fotsch is the property owner and applicant for the project, filing through Willy’s LLC.
The City of Oakland has officially approved plans for the 40-story residential tower at 1431 Franklin Street in Downtown Oakland. The proposal is poised to become the tallest skyscraper in Oakland, rising just nine feet taller than the Ordway Building. Tidewater Capital is the developer.
Increased plans have been filed for the empty lot at 344 14th Street in San Francisco’s Mission District. The eleven-story project will now add over a hundred rental units more than the plans YIMBY covered in late 2020. MX3 Ventures is the project applicant.
The San Ramon Planning Commission will review plans this evening for Bishop Ranch Block 3A, a two-structure apartment complex in San Ramon, Contra Costa County. The seven-story proposal will create over four hundred new homes at 6200 Bollinger Canyon Road as part of the much larger 4,500-unit CityWalk masterplan led by Sunset Development. AvalonBay Communities is the project sponsor.
New renderings have been revealed with updated information about a proposed five-story apartment complex at 6th and F Street, close to Sacramento Valley Station in Downtown Sacramento. The building will replace a surface parking lot with three hundred homes, parking, and amenities. Fairfield Residential is the project sponsor and developer.
