The project proposal includes the construction of a three-story mixed-use building. Plans call for the demolition of an existing one-story building on the site. Construction crews have quickly installed the curtainwall glass covering Adobe’s new office tower at 333 West San Fernando Street in Downtown San Jose. Dubbed Adobe North Tower, the project is the fourth skyscraper for the Adobe Global Headquarters. The software company has been operating from San Jose since 1996, with the construction of Adobe Tower West and the subsequent completion of Adobe Tower East in 1998 and Adobe Almaden Tower in 2003.

Renderings Revealed for 1814-20 Ogden Drive, North Burlingame

Renderings have been revealed during a planning commission meeting of the six-story residential proposal for 1814-1820 Ogden Drive in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The development would add 90 new units to the city’s housing market, within walking distance of a BART and Caltrain Station. San Mateo-based Sierra Investments is responsible for the development through Ogden Properties MGMT.

Core Companies, a real estate and construction firm, is responsible for the development.

Over the last two months, Level 10 Construction crews have brought the building from the street level to near the halfway point, with steel extending as many as ten floors above the street. Construction crews have broken ground on the affordable mixed-use development at 9409 International Boulevard in Elmhurst, Oakland. To be called 95th & International, the development will produce 55 new units and a ground-floor health clinic as part of the Better Neighborhoods Same Neighbors city program. The architecture firm Studio T Square is responsible for the design, with JHF Construction as the contractor.

Permits Filed For Mixed-Use Affordable Housing At 2201 Brush Street In Oakland
