Planning documents have been filed for four apartment buildings at 4961 Pacheco Boulevard in Martinez, Contra Costa County. The project would replace surface parking and a few low-slung commercial buildings with around 305 to 321 new rental homes. The project would also rise close to the Pacheco Transit Center, a commuter bus station.
The entitlement application is under review to replace a two-story office building with a nearly identically-sized project at 901 South California Avenue in Palo Alto, Santa Clara County. The property is within the Stanford Research Park, across from the College Terraces neighborhood. Alexandria Real Estate Equities is responsible for the application.
Development permits have been filed seeking the approval of a new multi-unit residential project at 2549 Arena Boulevard in Sacramento. The project proposal includes the construction of 12 three-story bubuildingsilding offering residential units.
Plans have been submitted seeking the approval a new life sciences project at 100 Marine Parkway in Redwood City. The project proposal includes the redevelopment of several office buildings into a high-end life sciences campus on 100 Marine Parkway, 1 Twin Dolphin Drive, and 3 Twin Dolphin Drive within the Redwood Shore. Prince Street Partners and Center Capital Partners are the project developers.
The proposal hotel for 2629 Taylor Street has cleared the environmental review process, bringing the project one set closer to rising by San Francisco’s Fisherman’s Wharf. Construction will replace an existing two-story building with 136 guest rooms by one of the city’s most popular tourist areas. Blackridge LLC, a Denver-based developer, is sponsoring the hotel.
