The project proposal includes the construction of a residential structure with retail space. Plans call for the demolition of an existing 8,575 square-foot building and a single-story gas station and car wash. East Beach Capital is the project developer. The Harrison at 401 Harrison Street is the 23rd tallest skyscraper in the Bay Area planned or built with a rooftop height of 541 feet above street level. The project is the shorter of the two-towered Rincon Hill complex that has redefined the city’s skyline in SoMa, San Francisco. The project has come to define the ascension of Rincon Hill and the East Cut as an extension of high-rise residential development to accommodate the tech boom of the 21st century.

March Capital Management has requested a project review meeting with city staff to consider adaptive reuse of the historic classical revival building at 2395 Sacramento Street into a residential building. Located in San Francisco’s Pacific Heights neighborhood, the project, still in its infancy, would add new apartments in a desirable area rich with transit and small businesses.

The project will create 579 new apartments across two construction phases along with retail and a new home for the UA Local 38 Plumbers & Pipefitters Union Hall. Strada is the property owner and managing the development, operating through Strada Brady LLC.

Brookfield has filed a new design review phase application for a six-story office building at Parcel A at 88 Maryland Street. Parcel A is one of many structures to be built in the 69-acre mixed-use district plan along San Francisco’s Central Waterfront of which Brookfield is developed 28 acres. The application reveals a new design for Parcel A by DES Architects + Engineers in collaboration with Los Angeles-based Grimshaw Architects.

New renderings have been revealed for a three-story mixed-use building at 2513 Irving Street in San Francisco’s Sunset District. The proposal will rise across from 2550 Irving Street, where a 98-unit affordable housing project will demolish the offices for The Police Credit Union. The Police Credit Union is responsible for the development at 2513 Irving.
