Development permits were submitted for approving the construction of an apartment complex at 7699 Klotz Ranch Court in Z’berg Park, Sacramento. The project proposal includes a request for land use entitlements to construct a 266-unit apartment complex on an approximately 12.7-acre parcel. The project is proposed by the Spanos Companies.
New permits have been filed for occupancy at two four-story single-family houses on a single lot at 150-162 Grand Avenue on the far left edge of Noe Valley, San Francisco. The project, named Grandview Stack, is nearly complete adding housing to a vacant parcel in a low-density area bordering the Castro. 150 Grand View LLC is responsible for the development.

San Francisco-based Celtic Development LLC is sponsoring the long-planned mixed-use building at 1900 Mission Street in Mission District, San Francisco. The project proposal includes the demolition of an automotive repair shop spanning over 1,690 square feet approximately and the construction of a new sixty-eight-foot tall mixed-use structure. Schaub Ly Architects is managing the design concepts and construction of the project.
New building permits have been filed to construct four single-unit structures at 3559-3589 Coolidge Avenue, located in Oakland’s Dimond District. The project was approved in 2018, at which time the previous owners sold the entitlement for nearly half a million dollars. Planning permits were filed in 2019 for a three-unit plan by Ripple Ideas LLC, but the filing remains incomplete, and the new building applications show the four-unit plan moving forward.
