During the in-person meeting, the commission could recommend approval for the latest major development around the neighborhood’s BART Station. Tidewater Capital is responsible for the application.
555 Bryant Street has started rising above street level in SoMa, San Francisco. With the foundation complete, vertical construction is expected to accelerate over the next year, culminating with the 16-story mixed-use high-rise overlooking I-80 and close to the 4th & King Street Caltrain Station. Strada Investment Group is responsible for the development.
TMG Partners is expected to request an extension of the city’s approval for Telegraph Tower at 2201 Valley Street in Downtown Oakland. The developer had received approval for a 450-foot office tower in 2019.
