Last week, YIMBY toured Serif SF to visit the newly opening Solarium rooftop deck on top of the newest apartment addition to San Francisco’s Mid-Market neighborhood. Sales have already started, with units selling at $560,000, while the LINE Hotel is preparing to open with 232 guest rooms this September. The project is the work of L37 Partners, with architecture by Handel.
SFYIMBY has revisited the site for One Santana West, documenting the now-complete office building located at 3155 Olsen Drive in San Jose, Santa Clara County. The new office is phase one for the developer, Federal Realty, with plans for a second large office building, refurbishing the historic dome theater, and an unreleased project for the vacant property across Olsen Drive.
A recent site visit by YIMBY has shown that Adobe North Tower’s facade has been fully installed in a highly-visible location for pedestrians coming from Diridon Station or drivers along Highway 87. 333 West San Fernando Street is the newest tower in Adobe’s downtown San Jose campus. Gensler is the project architect.
Branagh Construction has topped out for Arya, an eight-story residential infill at 500 Almaden Boulevard in Downtown San Jose. The project is being developed by Satellite Affordable Housing Associates, a non-profit organization based in Berkeley with projects across the Bay Area. The building is expected to add 87 homes for families and artists.
Construction work is moving fast for 200 Park Avenue, a 19-story office tower rising in Downtown San Jose. The project topped out in late January, and now facade installation is six floors away from the peak, showcasing the metallic carved design by Gensler. The project developer is the Jay Paul Company.
