The project is opening with 173 new rental units, ranging between studios and two-bedroom homes, with prices starting over $2,500 per month. Mill Creek Places is responsible for the development and leasing.
New renderings have been revealed with the development permit for Villa Fruitvale, a proposed six-story apartment complex for 3751 International Boulevard in Fruitvale, Oakland. The development will create 183 new apartments designated affordable for low and very low-income households for youth and workforce families. Oakbrook Partners is responsible for the application.
Building permits have been approved for the five-story apartment project at 469 40th Street in Mosswood, Oakland. The project will create 34 new units two blocks away from the MacArthur BART station and AC Transit. Three Steps Properties is responsible for the development.
New renderings have been revealed for yet another proposed single-family residence in the Oakland Hills. The single-unit structure is to be built at 13193 Skyline Boulevard, Oakland. Ben Tarcher Architects, a Bay Area-based firm operating since 1974, will be responsible for the design.

The structure adds 223 new units to the city, which are unambiguously market rate, with studios starting at $2,690 per month and three-bedroom penthouses for $13,190 per month. Holland Partner Group is responsible for the development after taking over plans by Lane Partners.
