The filing would create 74 new apartments, including some affordable housing. Studio KDA is responsible for the application.

The project, filed by Riaz Capital, is now expecting to create 69 apartments directly across from the UC Berkeley Campus.

NX Ventures, an ambitious firm with nearly two thousand units and the tallest plans in the city pipeline, is the project developer.
