The subject property is a Ferris Wheel; SkyStar Wheel, Landmark No. 249, Music Concourse, Golden Gate Park.
Development permits have been filed to construct a five-story and 60,152 square foot mixed-use building on a 0.95-acre lot at 2500 16th Street, Land Park, Sacramento. The five-story building project is proposed at the southeast corner of Land Park Drive and Broadway and is up for ministerial review. Williams + Paddon is managing the design and architecture of the project.

Initial development permits reveal plans to develop a parcel next to the Balboa Park BART station into an affordable housing project on 2340 San Jose Avenue in Ocean View, San Francisco. The project proposal consists of constructing 121 residential units and 12,000 square feet of retail space, community service space, and a child care center on the lot. The proposed site is currently used as a parking lot. Mithun | Solomon is managing the design and construction. The affordable housing complex will be developed by Mission Housing Development Corporation and Related California.
