More Tech Infrastructure Added At 2400 Ringwood Avenue In San Jose

The city of San Jose welcomes another addition in its growing tech infrastructure with a new development proposed at 2400 Ringwood Avenue, San Jose. The project proposal includes developing the project site into a 32MW (megawatts) modern data center. A Colorado-based data company, Stack Infrastructure, has purchased multiple properties on a parcel in north San Jose where one of the sites will be developed into an operations center.

San Jose Planning Commission will review the site plan and conditional use permits seeking the approval of an assisted living facility at 3315 Almaden Expressway in San Jose. The project proposal includes the demolition of a commercial building spanning 44,488 square feet, removal of 21 ordinance-size trees, and the construction of an assisted living facility. New Affordable Housing Reaches Completion At 1150 3rd Street, Mission Bay, San Francisco

A new apartment complex has reached its successful completion at 1150 3rd Street in Mission Bay. The affordable housing complex is given its name in honor of the late former mayor, Edwin M. Lee, and will offer housing to unhoused veterans and low-income families. OCII, Chinatown Community Development Center, and Swords to Plowshares, a veteran-focused nonprofit worked together to develop the property. Leddy Maytum Stacy Architects, Saida + Sullivan Design Partners are the architects responsible for design and construction.
