The project proposal includes the development of hundreds of single-family detached homes, replacing an auto part and scrap metal salvage lot, known as Pick-n-Pull. A new mixed-use village with several hundred homes has been proposed at 681 East Trimble Road in San Jose. The project proposal includes the development of a large scale community offering residential and commercial spaces. The property at present consists of long-time orchard sites. Real estate firm The Hanover Co is the project developer. KTGY Architecture + Planning is responsible for the design concepts.
New building permits have been filed for residential development at 6450 Lemon Hill Avenue in Sacramento. The two-structure project, dubbed Lemon Hill Apartments, would add 28 new two-bedroom units on a 1.4-acre site in a suburban neighborhood. CH&D Architects will be responsible for the design.
New permits have been filed for 67 Belcher Street, a distinctive residential proposal for The Castro in San Francisco. The five-story development will now add 31 new homes to the city, including some affordable units. Stanley Saitowitz | Natoma Architects, is responsible for the design.
Holliday Development has filed a new building permit for the five-story residential development addressed 2121 Wood Street in West Oakland. The application comes after the developer filed for an extension in late-2020, and withdrew permits earlier this year. If built, the project will add 235 new apartments to the city.
