The project proposal includes a director-level site plan and building design review of a 150 unit senior housing project. The existing structures at 1101 and 1123 Sutter Street are heading to the Historic Preservation Commission of San Francisco in the shadow of a proposed residential tower. The developers hope to bring 201 new apartments to Polk Gulch with a rehabilitated historic building and a new attractive tower, of which forty will be sold below market rate. Martin Building is listed as responsible for the development through 1101 Sutter Affordable LP.

Permits were filed to rezone and demolition three existing commercial structures at 4300 Stevens Creek Boulevard in the West Valley neighborhood of San Jose. The project proposed to add four buildings, three of which contain 637 apartments, of which 230 will be affordable. The fourth structure will create 250 hotel guest rooms and 6,200 square feet of ground-level retail. HMH is responsible for the application

Addressed at 845 Embarcadero, Parcel G will bring affordable housing, retail, and amenities across an oddly-shaped footprint. Oakland-based Signature Development Group is developing the project, with joint-financing from Signature, China-based Zarsion Holdings Group, and Reynolds & Brown.

The project, named R2 Building, will bring 38 houses to the waterfront neighborhood, of which three will be sold as affordable to residents making up to 50% of the Area Median Income (AMI).
