The project proposal includes the development of a mixed-use building offering residential and retail spaces. Plans call for the demolition of the existing building on the site to develop the new building. Demolition requires historic evaluation.
With the planning applications fully approved, new building permits have been filed for the 6-story residential development at 1320 Washington Street in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The proposal will replace a two-story parking garage with 25 homes. Urban Land Development is responsible for the application.
Permits have been filed for a proposed four-story residential infill at 428 15th Avenue, located just off Geary Boulevard in San Francisco’s Inner Richmond neighborhood. The project will replace a single-story single-unit building and surface parking with three new homes. DMARCstudio is responsible for the design.
New plans have been reviewed for residential development at 1855-1881 Rollins Road at the north of Burlingame in San Mateo County. The proposal will create 405 apartments and even more parking, two blocks away from the Millbrae transit station. The Hanover Company, based in Danville, is responsible for the application.
A pre-application has been filed for a six-story mixed-use infill at 2147 San Pablo Avenue, replacing an automotive repair shop with housing in Southwest Berkeley. The latest application describes plans for 128 units of group living, expanding from initial plans for 44 apartments. Studio KDA will be the project architect.
