The Mountain View Planning Commission has approved plans for a six-story affordable housing project with over a hundred homes at 1020 Terra Bella Avenue in Mountain View, Santa Clara County. The plans will reshape a portion of a storage facility by Highway 101. Alta Housing is the project sponsor and developer.

The project proposal includes the development of a four-story residential building offering 102 residential units and retail space. 788 SAPA Land LLC is the project developer. Studio S Squared Architecture is responsible for the designs.
New renderings have been revealed ahead of today’s meeting for Peninsula Crossing, a multi-structure development at 1200-1340 Bayshore Highway in Burlingame, San Mateo County. The city’s Planning Commission will conduct a design review study for the laboratory research complex with two garages and new improvements to the San Francisco Bay Trail. The development is being sponsored by project developer DivcoWest.
The General Plan Referral has been submitted alongside updated renderings for 160 Freelon Street, a 100% affordable family housing project in SoMa, San Francisco. The nine-story proposal will create 85 large apartments close to Caltrain’s San Francisco Station, and the Fourth and Brannan stop opened with the new Central Subway extension. Related Companies and the San Francisco Housing Development Corp are sponsoring the development.
A new permanent supportive housing project has been proposed for development at 4801 Coliseum Way in Oakland. The project proposal includes the conversion of an existing motel to a supportive housing community with onsite services. Danco Communities is the project applicant. Coliseum Motel LLC is the property owner.
