The 100-foot structure will bring just under 50,000 square feet of office space along with 8,540 square feet of retail. Aralon Properties is responsible for the project as the property owner.

The project proposal includes the demotion of the single-family residence and the construction of a four-story residential building with two units and two off-street parking spaces. The parcel is located on the east side of 27th Avenue Geary Boulevard and Anza Street. SIA Consulting is managing the design and construction of this project.
Renderings have been revealed for a new four-story single-family building at 3669 21st Street in Noe Valley, San Francisco. The proposal will be a luxury addition to the abandoned parcel, with design from the same architecture firm behind one of the most expensive homes ever sold in the city. An additional dwelling unit, or ADU, will be included on the first level. PBC Holding LLC is responsible for the development as the property owner.
New building permits have been filed for the Sacramento Canopy Hotel planned for 1116 9th Street in Downtown Sacramento. The proposal is for a 14-story mixed-use structure with residencies, hotel, and retail use. Venture Oaks Real Estate Group is responsible for the application, filing through the Sacramento Capitol Hotel LLC.
New building permits have been filed for a seven-unit residential building at 2841 Tradewind Court in Alameda’s Bay37 development. The 7-plex will contribute to as many as 400 units on a waterfront 22.8-acre property site looking over Oakland’s Jack London Square. Pulte Homes is responsible for the development.
