Construction has topped out for the six-story mixed-use infill at 1580 Pacific Avenue in Nob Hill, San Francisco. The project will create over four dozen homes and retail in the center of a hopping retail-rich neighborhood parallel to the newly-opened Van Ness Avenue bus rapid transit line. JS Sullivan Development is responsible for the project.
Earlier this week, Mayor London N. Breed announced that San Francisco has been awarded more than $117 million in funding from the California Department of Housing and Community (HCD) for developing three affordable housing projects in the city. The support was provided by the California Housing Accelerator Fund, which was seeded with a $1.75 billion investment from the federal American Rescue Plan Act.
