New renderings are revealed for a five-story commercial infill at 500 Brannan Street in SoMa, San Francisco. The project would replace the single-story commercial structure occupied by the popular Marlowe restaurant with offices, retail, and a future restaurant deck. Canopy Project Management is acting as the project manager.
A new affordable residential project has been approved at 2330 Monroe Street in Santa Clara. The project proposal includes the development of a three-story building featuring residential units on a vacant property lot. Freebird Development Co. is the project applicant. HKIT Architects is responsible for the design of the project.
New renderings have been published for Lot X, a proposed mixed-use development with a residential skyscraper component at 201 N Street in downtown Sacramento. If built, the 32-story structure would be the tallest residential skyscraper in the State Capitol. Beyond housing, Lot X would create an open plaza overlooked by townhomes, a five-story office building, and a seven-story garage. Southern Land Company is responsible for the application.

The proposal will replace a vacant lot with 60 new apartments and retail space at the edge of the downtown, along a vibrant commercial and residential corridor bridging the urban core with the city’s south suburbs. Ashria Holdings LLC is responsible for the application.

The project proposal includes the development of a new three-story building offering spaces for research and development uses along with commercial spaces. Plans call for the demolition of two single-story commercial buildings. R & M Properties is the project applicant.
